  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver within 3 working days in Dubai and 5 working days across the UAE.

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provide.

 

 


 

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

 

 

  • Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@be-balance.com. We may request proof (e.g., photos) before issuing a replacement or refund.
